This 72-page exhibition catalog was produced in conjunction with KSW's 35th anniversary exhibition, Activist Imagination, a unique, complex and probing exploration of activism, art, and community. The publication, edited by Samantha Chanse, features an essay by Kevin B. Chen, transcripts of conversations about activism and art with artist and activist luminaries including Carlos Villa, Nancy Hom, Oscar Penaranda, Wei Ming Dariotis, Ron Muriera, Pireeni Sundaralingam, Robynn Takayama, Erika Shuch, and others, 24 full-color pages featuring the work of visual artists Bob Hsiang, Donna Keiko Ozawa, and Christine Wong Yap, artist statements and information about the artists, a page of Activist Imagination stickers, a history section, and stunning graphic design by Jon Sueda and Sophine Lim.
