Edward Gunawan is a writer and filmmaker who integrates practices from cinematic, literary, and performing arts to tell socially-impactful stories. His films have been screened in festivals such as Berlin, Locarno, and Cadence, and writing featured in Sweet Lit, The Ana, and Intimate Strangers anthology. champoy is an interdisciplinary artist and educator weaving historical and personal narratives through his drawings, sculptures, installation, videos and performances. He was born in the province of Bukidnon in Southern Philippines and has been based in US/Turtle Island since 2002.

Kim Requesto
Kim Requesto is a Philippine born, Bay Area raised cultural practitioner and multi-disciplinary artist based in San Francisco/Unceded Ramaytush Ohlone Territory. She specializes in 35mm photography, videography, and dance. At the heart of Kim Requesto’s diasporic work is the mantra, “Advocacy through art.” With an artistic foundation in Philippine folk dance, Requesto has dedicated herself to cultural expression and advocacy through movement, photography, and community outreach.

Odd Folk Films
Odd Folk Films (OFF) is a Bay Area, independent film collective founded in 2016 by friends with a range of backgrounds and day jobs. Having previously produced short sketch videos, Sad SAC is their most ambitious (and personal) project to date. Led by Sad SAC creators/writers/actors Ela Banerjee and Nicole Won, OFF is currently working on pre-production for the remaining Sad SAC episodes and plans to release the complete web series in 2022.

Sara Hayden
Sara Hayden marks her creative filmmaking debut with “Mirror.” Raised on the Front Range in Wyoming and Colorado, she founded the Silk Knots Project, dedicated to preserving and sharing the lived experiences of AAPI folks in the Mountain West. As a journalist, her favorite stories center on art, culture, food and especially people.
