Richmond Area Multi-Services (RAMS), in partnership with Kearny Street Workshop (KSW) and Asian American Literary Review (AALR), present, on March 31, 2018, an evening of readings, performances and interactive stations. A collective exploration and discussion on mental health in our communities.

Readers and facilitators include Brandon Som, Mimi Khúc, Lawrence-Minh Bùi Davis, Chad Shomura, and Simi Kang. There will be interactive    stations, including a tarot reading station using AALR's beautiful set of tarot cards; Corner of Heart to Hearts, where you will have an opportunity to experiment with language and memory through a randomly drawn word prompt; a Child-to-Parent Letter-Writing Station, which includes penning a letter to your parents, articulating the things you wished you could tell them; and a Self-Care Cards Station, where you can gift a card to a friend while also creating intentional practices of self-care.

Doors will open at 6:45 p.m., with the event hosted by Kearny Street Workshop (@ 1246 Folsom Street).
